What can I expect when I place an order?<\/strong><\/p>

As soon as you place an order with us it is immediately entered into our order management system. We will be in touch with you through email for your approval on all order details, including a copy of the art proof for your approval. As soon as you approve your order details, art proof, and confirm your payment method, your order will immediately be moved into production and completed as soon as possible.<\/p>

If we have any additional questions regarding your order throughout our process, we will contact your directly by phone and\/or email to clarify anything. We will put orders on hold that we have questions about until we hear from you.<\/p>

How long does it normally take to receive a custom order?<\/strong><\/p>

Most custom apparel printing jobs including t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, etc. are done within a week or two and are shipped or available for pick-up immediately. Custom printed promotional products like pens, mugs, sticky notes, lanyards, thumb drives, etc. will have different turn around times depending on the product. We do everything\u00a0in our power to make sure every order is received in time.<\/p>

Do you accept returns?<\/strong><\/p>

Due to the nature of our custom work, we are unable to accept returns or make exchanges for different products or sizes. However, we stand behind our quality printing and products, so if there is an issue with the print job or product, we are happy to accept a return and fix the problem.<\/p>

I\u2019m struggling to come up with a design. Can Emblemax help me with my design work?<\/strong><\/p>

Absolutely.\u00a0 A great place to start is here<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Design Solutions<\/a>\u00a0where you can access our Art Ideas Portal. <\/a>We have a graphics team on site reviewing every order before going to print. If you have just a basic idea of what you want or you have no idea at all we will come up with something that will work for you.\u00a0 <\/span>Please be aware that larger, more time consuming jobs will require an extra art fee, so just contact us and we can discuss the pricing for this extra service.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Do you have a minimum quantity requirement?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes we do, but it depends on the product.\u00a0Most apparel screen printing jobs require at least 12 pieces.
