Submit your order via email, phone, in person or online.
Email us at info@emblemax.com or use our Art Upload form.
Please include:
- Your contact information and company name (if applicable)
- Product number and color(s)
- Sizes (if applicable) and quantity
- Attached artwork along with imprint location
- In-hands date
- Shipping address (pick-up is also possible if in the northern Virginia area)
- Any additional important notes we need to know.

What happens next?
Once we receive your order we will email you an order confirmation and an art proof for your approval.
Once the order and art are approved and payment arrangements are made, your order will move to production.
If we have any additional questions while your order is in progress, we will place your order on hold until we can reach you to confirm additional details.
